In today’s newsletter, in celebration of the Euros being in full swing we take a look at some all time records. Which countries have had the most wins? Which players have been the top goal scorers? And finally who has made the most appearances at the Euros?
Countries with the Most Wins
Germany leads the way in terms of most wins at the Euros, and by a fair margin of 6 over the next country Spain. Not only do they have the most wins, they have also won the most titles (tied with Spain) and were champions in 1972, 1980 and 1996. Could this be the year they cement themselves as Europe’s best and take the 4th title?
